GDPR01. Fundamentals of GDPR Personal Data Protection

Learning goal
The purpose of the training is to acquire basic knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the protection of personal data in the organization and the minimum necessary to comply with GDPR requirements.
Practice classes include: exercises, discussions, role play, case study, good practice, many examples, guides, checklists, reference documents, etc.

Who is the target for? 
Corporate training is designed for teams of companies and organizations (key employees, managers, lawyers, IT departments, HR departments, and other personal data processors).
Training is also suitable for: Data Protection Officers (DPOs); information security officers; consultants; employees of companies and organizations whose work requires knowledge of the protection of personal data; students and prospective students; as well as anyone interested in the protection of personal data.
Corporate training (up to 15 trainees)
On request from a corporate client, the training program can be adapted to the needs of his company.
Duration: 20 lessons.

 

GDPR02. Implementation of GDPR requirements

Learning goal 
The purpose of the training is to prepare the employees of organizations with knowledge and practical skills to carry out the assessment of the readiness to implement the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), asset audit, data minimization, planning and techno-economic evaluation for the implementation of GDRP and impact assessment on data protection.
Practical sessions include: exercises, discussions, templates, good practice, many examples, guides, checklists, reference and other documents.

Corporate training is designed for teams of companies and organizations (key employees, managers, lawyers, IT departments, the HR department, and other personal data processing employees).
Training is also suitable for: Data Protection Officers (DPOs); information security officers; consultants; employees of companies and organizations whose work requires knowledge of audit, planning, and evaluation; students; as well as anyone interested in the protection of personal data.
Corporate training, up to 15 trainees.
On request from a corporate client, the training program can be adapted to the needs of his company.

LAW01 Basics in Law

Learning goal
The aim of the training is to acquire basic legal knowledge about both national and European Union (EU) law, as well as international public and private law. During the training, the basic principles and principles of law, common values, fundamental human rights and the legal means for their protection are studied.
Training is practical in a simple and accessible way, based on what is familiar in everyday life, introduces learners to the more complex matter of international law and EU law.
Practical lessons for each module develop skills for: working with different sources of information, performing comparative analysis, solving problems and case studies, applying the learned.

Who is the target for? 
The training is intended for: Data Protection Officers (DPOs); consultants; employees of companies and organizations whose work requires legal knowledge; students and prospective students; as well as anyone who is interested in the law.
